Privacy

Short version: this website doesn’t use cookies or analytics, the free sample needs no email, and we never ask about your health.

This website

The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Buying the guide

Checkout happens on Gumroad. Gumroad collects your email address and payment details to process the order and deliver the files, and shares your name, email and order details with us so we can provide support and refunds. See Gumroad’s privacy policy. We use your details only to fulfil and support your purchase.

Your health

The joint comfort tracker is a paper form. Nothing you write on it is sent to us or anyone else. We don’t ask for health information at any point.

Questions or requests

To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted: Reply to your Gumroad receipt email.
