Plain-language terms for a small digital product. Please read them before buying.

What you’re buying

The Kitchen Chair Routine is a set of PDF files: the guide and a printables pack, in US Letter and A4. You may print as many copies as you need for yourself and your household. Please don’t share, resell or republish the files. A group licence for classes or care homes isn’t available yet.

Health information

This guide offers general information about gentle seated movement. It is not a diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation program, and it does not replace advice from your own doctor, physiotherapist or other health professional. Results vary from person to person, and no particular change is promised. Follow the guide’s safety pages, stop if anything hurts or you feel unwell, and check with your doctor or physical therapist if you have a health condition, have had recent surgery or aren’t sure the movements suit you. You are responsible for deciding, with your health professionals, which movements are right for you.

Buying and delivery

Gumroad processes payments and delivers the files on our behalf; Gumroad’s own terms apply to the checkout. The price is US$19. Gumroad may show the amount in your local currency and adds sales tax or VAT where it applies. You’ll get a download link straight after paying.

Refunds

If the guide isn’t right for you, reply to your Gumroad receipt email within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You don’t need to give a reason.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for injury, loss or damage arising from use of the guide, except where caused by our negligence or where liability can’t be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
